Dear Gozo Cab I would like to thank you (specially to the operator called Sunanda) for the service provided. My mum was completely satisfied with the service. The payments I did all of them were returned back to my account. Thank you very much. The experience with the payment was exhausting, because after 8 attempts and 2 credit cards, no payment reached to the company. However, in the call center, the operator named Sunanda, gave me a hand and provided me a booking with no payment ahead (full-cash payment). Regarding to the money was taken from my account, today I checked my bank and all the money of the failed transactions was returned back. The staff of the call center was always polite and very helpful (specially Sunanda). The driver came on time, the car was quite new and clean. He drove respecting the traffic regulations. The payment he required was exactly the amount I was informed during the booking. Definitely I will use the company again. Thank you once more.
