Driver Simkhan and his approach was excellent... offline services may be improved as far as transperancy and guideline in concerned. Experience was below average regarding guidelines for the destination is concerned.

The kms considered while booking from Bangalore airport is not the exact distance between bangalore airport and perambur.I had paid extra amount of 1000 rs at the end for the additional kms.I recommend to consider the approx kms in the higher side to avoid extra kms or extra amount paid at the end. Any way very good arrangements,pick up at right time,confortable cab and the driver co operation is very good.I will definetely recomend GOZO to others.

Driver was an excellent person, very much safe to travel in his cab as we were 2women traveling alongwith kid. Have got horrible jam from rishikesh to noida bcoz of Ganga dusshehra but he drive very patiently though trying his level best to reach on time. Very very reliable person, soft spoken. Came much before time & no cheating in calculating fare for the journey.
