The car arrived on time and Sunesh was a very good driver. the Journey to Pondicherry was quicker than expected, and Sunesh took us to the places we wanted to see and waited for us. We would recommend Gozocabs to our friends and would use them again when next in Chennai

It was an excellent experience. The driver was good, his attitude, the vehicle and the driving were very good. Only there was a deviation in the route. However the same was done to avoid traffic. Thank you Gozo for the service provided. Only one request is that the confirmation time of the driver may be reduced i.e. when booking is done at night 11 o'clock for morning 10 AM travel, I could receive the details only at 7 AM. Please make it bit earlier so that our tensions and worries can be reduced. Keep up your services.

Two cabs were sent , which caused confusion and a switch of taxi from one to another later. Seems- earlier wrong cab was sent which later was switched to another- caused delay at airport... but other than that service is good and we will continue using the service

In short - great driver, and really great car. In minus was the cantankerous boss we had to deal with when we got a little delayed. Had a great journey with the driver - Avatar. The only problem was his boss, who could use a lesson in politeness. We were a little late leaving Chandigarh, and Avatar's boss called me - and was quite brusque and rude over the phone. Asking us to start our journey now otherwise he would get angry - adding for good measure "don't make me call you again".

The price quoted to me was increased at the last moment from Rs.9222/- to Rs.9600/- contending that the toll taxes has been included . I am sorry to note that not even a single penny of toll had to be paid and I had been misled by your representative to justify increase in price by Rs.378.00 which is unethical .
