i am impressed with Gozo cabs service overall & the way the updates are provided. But the driver was not up to the mark as he had taken more than 4 hours on the Yamuna expressway between Agra to Delhi airport

I booked this taxi service after my private bus failed to turn up. The booking was easy and confirmed quickly, I booked at 3am and it was confirmed at 6am for a 9am pick up. The driver was courteous and I felt safe which was important being a solo female traveller in India. The rate was very cheap compared to what other traveller had paid, would definately recommend and use again.

Cab was punctual, driver was polite but unhelpful - he didnt help with luggage, parked the car so I had to carry the heavy suitcase uphill (!) and in the end tried to charge me "Roadtax" 400 Rp. that are included in the price, and that despite me giving him 300Rp tip already! so a mixed experience. I hope such drivers are filtered out in the future.
