My two travels with them were smooth with nice driver, nice cab but with minimal professionalism from Gozocabs office guys(note it, drivers were good). One of the drivers, Shahid Khan, was undoubtedly superb! And the principal plus point being the rate being the best amongst competitors!

i am impressed with Gozo cabs service overall & the way the updates are provided. But the driver was not up to the mark as he had taken more than 4 hours on the Yamuna expressway between Agra to Delhi airport

I booked this taxi service after my private bus failed to turn up. The booking was easy and confirmed quickly, I booked at 3am and it was confirmed at 6am for a 9am pick up. The driver was courteous and I felt safe which was important being a solo female traveller in India. The rate was very cheap compared to what other traveller had paid, would definately recommend and use again.
