It was excellent from start to finish. It was Sunanda & there after one more lady operator who really kept us well informed & guided us thoroughly. Driver Sandeep was very Humble & his driving was very good. All through the Journey he was very courteous & driven safely to our destination. All in all it was good & satisfying experience.

Since I am not a frequent road traveler, I wasn't aware of Gozo Cabs. However, for a specific road journey of Madikeri (Coorg, Karnataka) and Bekal (Kerala) I did search on internet about cab services and successfully I came across Gozo Cabs. From the initial communication regarding journey quotation till my last trip to Mangalore Airport, I had a superb experience with Gozo. Notably you are quick in your response, fast approachable, clear in communication and hassle free in service. The drivers and vehicles are completely professional and well equipped. I would like to thank Mr. Sunil who served us to travel from Bekal to Mangalore. I appreciate his overall service and punctuality, however more importantly he waited almost an hour before we began our trip since I communicated late. Kindly keep doing good things.
