I really don't know why the reviews are bad. But this trip was very good. Driver was polite and was before time. I was informed of the logistics way in advance..team Gozo gave me the best possible price. Cab was nice and clean. As my parents were traveling alone, I was little skeptical but driver was very supportive and helpful. Thank you team Gozo. Keep it up
