I dint use the service . But my husband was almost struck in West Bengal.. we are from Delhi.. dint find any other mode convenient.. luckily my husband searched for cabs . Gozo cabs popped up and he told me about it , my reaction was no not possible in that area.. but when we booked and the cab showed up.. it’s awesome .. driver was on time .. value for money charges.. cab was clean and tidy. Overall it was a superb experience. Thanx a lot

I had an ex Excellent trip. But at destination, the driver demanded Rs.700 extra towards State permit. I was taken aback as I travelled with in Kerala . The driver said that the vehicle is with Karnataka registration . How does it concern me ? So feeling this undue pressure, I called up Gozo staff . I was connected to Mr Tushar.. He instantly replied that I need not pay any thing towards State permit and supported my view. He talked to the driver and the driver's boss ( owner of vehicle) over phone and promptly solved the problem. I felt great relief from the pressure I was facing from the driver in person and his boss over phone. Mr Tushar came to my rescue and not only saved money for me, but with his courteous talk and efficient handling , he sorted out the issue and brought lot of joy for me. I could check in to the guest house at Guruvayur with total peace and joy, thanks to the kind and remarkable intervention of Mr Tushar. I am very grateful to Mr Tushar and Gozo.
