Undoubtfully Best service provider in india. Fare was very cheap (almost 40% lesser than Uber and Ola)and car was new which is less than a year old. High transperancy in billing. As customer whatever we expected they are exceeding it. customer care is reachable within a minute. Driver was very proffessional and kind. Really fantastic experience. After using Gozo first thing I uninstalled all other companies apps I used so far and keeping only Gozo.

Our driver Mr. Gurprem Singh was very good and understanding. The ride was very good but I did not get OTP from gozocabs before the journey. In fact I was not told about it.
