Cab dirver Mr Mansoor drove well, courteous, punctual and understanding. The executive who took orders and executed cab service did an excellent. I had to rush my sick son from Bangalore to Chennai and I now I feel I left his care to a safe cab operator.

Driver was 30 min late due to traffic. Did communicate this via WhatsApp so we weren't left wondering. Vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the long drive to Pelling uneventful. Driver was quite tired and somewhat grumpy towards the end - not surprising given the road conditions.
