Good. But you need to check the condition of vehicle . 4 of our family in road at 12am because of flat tyre. Good friendly driver. Nice safe and fast driving

The service is good although som teething problems at time of payment. What I do not like is that "confirmation" (tentative or otherwise) is received and the wording is incorrect as it leads me and others to believe that we have booked and "tied in" when in reality no confirmation from my part was made.... Otherwise, the driver was great even though his car broke down but he was very professional and with the help of Gozocabs and the driver himself another car was sent out to pick me up I was also quoted one price for the journey online which I took a copy of and just as well because the invoice you sent me for the remainder of the payment was 500Rs more..... Please look into these errors in invoicing and also provide a download of pdf at the time a part payment is made to make it easier for clients to have some proof before you send details by email. thank you

The driver was nearly perfect. I wish he could drive me whenever I book with Gozo. His taxi was very clean and newt. His attitude was absolutely correct. He was on time. But I did not get the text about the taxi from Gozo until the following day and had to call to see what taxi and driver I got.
