The driver was good. Intime. Car was good but couple of points for you. 1. Driver did not have an ID card to verify. 2. The mobile number provided belonged to someone else not the driver. He said it belongs to his brother. 3. We had one trip from Airport to Midnapur and next trip on the 2nd day at 12.01 pm from Midnapore to Kolkata. But the driver had information that He will take us on a round trip (Airport to Midnapore and back to Airport same night). After showing the booking confirmation page he agreed and stayed in some hotel to pick us up the next day. Otherwise we did not find any problem with regards to the trip. Regards Shatabdi

Initially it was not made clear that how the payment should be made. I thought of paying by card but all of a sudden I was asked to pay by only cash which should have been made clear. Also the methodology of cash back to be explained clearly. Sometimes not all be clear about all. It was a bitter experience for me

The driver asked us to pay for the toll tax whereas the service availed was inclusive of all taxes. Moreover he didn't even stopped anywhere in between even for lunch and when he himself was hungry he stopped at a very shabby place where we were not comfortable
