Prompt service, ease of booking thru' email, smooth ride, courteous driver. I didn't have much net access in the resort. Would have preferred all information thru' SMS. Sorry, I paid as the driver asked me, as I had not checked the email.

Your service is good and commendable except regarding punctuality.The driver was half an hour late during pick up. You should mention in your terms that if your driver is late then you would compensate the customer.Thank you.

The car in the picture in the reservation is much newer than the car that showed up . Therefore the drive was tough on my back & I feel I didn't get what I paid for. I think gozocabs should credit something against my next reservations. Despite this I will use gozocabs again. The driver was great.
