Though the service was good. there were few things that I am looking as an service. 1. Cab was without music system & phone charger 2. It would be good idea of giving news paper along the drive 3. A water bottle would really make difference. 4. There should be gozocab service support contact number displayed in the cab. 5. Even when I wanted to pay 100% online. Chat staff directed me to pay only 15% and balance to driver for covering fuel & toll. Actually driver should carry sufficient cash to tackle all issue. 6. I have been charged MCD charges, which was not paid at all. 7. I have charged return toll, where as return booking was already booked by other customer. Should charge only one way toll fees. 8. I am still awaiting final invoice as it need to be submitted in company.

It was a trip worth cherishing considering the exotic locations we were to go and the icing on the cake was Gozocabs seamless and efficient services. To start off they were bang on time and the chauffeur was totally hands on with the route to be covered and never lost his way even once. Nice well maintained vehicle and a knowledgeable man at the wheel made our trip absolutely memorable. Cheers GOZO.

Overall experience (car condition, driver's etiquettes and driving service) was excellent. However, I am not satisfied with process of allocation of car. For a person like me who had booked a 7 day trip, driver and car details should be shared at least a day prior. Upon follow up at call centre I was allocated a driver at 10pm previous night. When I called him few minutes later he said that he didn't have permit and refused. Then I had to run behind gozo for assigning new driver.
