I used Gozo for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Driver kiran was really nice and aquainted with the places which made a real difference to our itinerary planning. Suggestion - After the trip starts thete should be a follow up call from Gozo to check if everything is as expected. This will bring in comfort and confidence. Issue - pls check the call recording, i was told yhst the innova will be a post 2014 model however it was 2008 model with mtr reading of 3.5 lac. Thanks

It was my first experience. I have to admit I was a bit anxious whether things will work out. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The team handled everything professionally. The car was as per spec with carrier as requested. The driver was well experienced and polite. It was a comfortable journey for us and I will be looking to use their services again if they keep up this good work.

Gozocabs helped us a lot. They preponed our travel date on short request. They kind of rescued us from Manali (as no.caba were available due to heavy snow fall). Thank you. As far as service is concerned the drivers were good, polite. We had a great tome travelling with gozocabs. Prices were reasonable as compared to other services.

5/5 star to gozo and most importantly to the call center staff and the driver. Rupesh our driver was just wonderful. The car was completely clean. The driver reached well before time. While booking it was confirmed as card payment but the driver has come without cash as he didn't any information regarding the card payment. I happened to give him cash and paid for fuel in bunk through card. If I also didn't have cash the situation would have been very pathetic and we should have stranded on the road without cash for RTO and fuel. Poor coordination and this needs improvement to reduce inconvenience for the passenger
