The coordinated response to booking request was very prompt and commendable. The car was timely made available at the pick up point. However, the driver needs to be more courteous. Overall, an excellent service.

Venkatesh was great. I did get a call from the company about extra miles and payment even though the miles were within the limit. I told the representative that we had not gone over the limit and the issue was resolved. I believe the representative never checked with the driver before asking for more money.

Journey was fine, although we arrived 90 minutes after the stated time. The car itself was ok if a little tired and tatty. The driver was pleasant, although he did not speak any English which made communication some what difficult.
