The communication need to be more effective from driver end.I had preponed the pickup time and had communicated to driver 4 hrs and 45 min before reaching the pickup spot.the passengers could have saved 45 mins in total traveti time. Driver need to be well informed by their pickup location by gozocabs instead of just sending a simple sms.

driver lazy. not willing to start early. not before 9'0clock. we have to get him up.As a tourist car not willing to inquire & find out way to places we wanted to visit. we had to guide him with our mobile gps & we have to inquire with locals to find way. it was learnt that the person assigned by your company to tour us had sublated the assignment to him to earn more profit at the cost of quality service.

Good service in time. Car condition good. Driver good. only remark is that driver is not familiar with Banglore sight seeing points road route & Mysore Vrindavan garden fountain show timings that consumed more time.And ,also, mobile is not working or not pick up even so many calls tried on driver number,otherwise his service good & friendly.

The Cab driver in person was good, but reported 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time. Also, the quality of the Cab was very bad and the suspension of the Car was in a bad condition making the entire ride very discomforting.

I was extremely pleased with Gozacabs. The driver was at the pick up point before time given. He also waited for me patiently until I arrived with my luggage. The driver and myself talked most of the way to Tirupati in English. Was very grateful to receive a driver like this.
